I love giving the kids the opportunity to play outside. We also enjoy eating outside. But when it comes to little ones who don’t fit the adult patio set or an adult picnic table, it is just easier to eat inside. For Mother’s Day this year, I wanted a kids picnic table.
We went all around looking for one, but they seemed expensive and not quite what I was looking for. My husband crafted my ideal kids picnic table! Needless to say I absolutely LOVE it!! The size is slightly larger than the average kid’s table, allowing adults to sit at it comfortably as well. The total cost including fasteners was $30. Here’s how we did it:
